Scheduled - We are writing to provide an update regarding the upcoming FlexiPurchase migration to Amazon Web Services (AWS).

After a review, we have decided to move the migration date from the previously communicated schedule of 21st Mar 2026. This decision has been taken to allow additional end to end validation and readiness checks, ensuring a stable migration and a smooth experience for your users.

Original migration date: 21st March 2026
Revised migration date: To be communicated latest by 31st March 2026

All other aspects of the migration, including scope and expected impact, remain unchanged. Pre migration communications will be issued 30 days ahead of the AWS migration, outlining what to expect on the day, any required testing, and available support channels.
